April14: Much celebrated Tamil New Year; my puzzling mind and need to know the relevance.
It has been a handful of years of being a non believer.
How to responding to wishes is an internal strife I try and resolve..
This time for a change, why not let my mind out?
So here is the gift to all my dear friends, who celebrated, had fun and took time kind enough to wish me..

Have fun celebrating, But do take some time to read around, for knowledge is bliss not ignorance...
1) Tamil New year: Is a cyclic calendar of 60 years, the 61st then takes the first name and goes on again on for another 59.
This being, How is history or archaeology represented in this convention ?
2) Then comes the mythical story on whose names are these 60.
Leaving it to your research and googling.
Seriously, with all respect to LGBTQ this isn't ingest-able.
[No science, no logic, 60 children born on a single day, for a couple of men, Puff...:(]
3) Tamil New Years derivation from Panchangam and its relevance in astrology: No clarity for the need to celebrate in a common woman terms
4) Related more to Sanskrit and its scriptures does makes no sense for it being called Tamil New year.
That said and rambled, I have one celebration that I wish for you today and every, Life.. :-)
